Paragraph
Hygiene
Hygiene is a set of practices performed to preserve health. According to
the World Health Organization (WHO), "Hygiene refers to conditions and
practices that help to maintain health and prevent the spread of
diseases." It includes such personal habit choices as how frequently to
bathe, wash hands, trim fingernails, and change clothing. Moreover, it also
includes attention to keeping surfaces in the home and workplace, including
bathroom facilities, clean and pathogen-free. Cleanliness plays an important role
in keeping good health. Dirt contains germs that move with the dust in the air
and spreads diseases. We should bath regularly when you come back home from the playground or school. A regular bath is a good habit; it keeps our body clean
and fresh. We should wash our hands before and after food. We should also brush
two times a day, to use a tongue cleaner to clean your tongue. Street foods
taste great but we need to avoid these as dust often gets mixed with street
foods. To have a good psychological or mental health one should try meditation,
yoga. It helps us to detox and cleanse our body which helps you to have a good
stomach and also keeps away the depression and stress. If we follow the above
rules of hygiene properly, we will be able to lead a healthy and happy life.
Otherwise we have to suffer from various diseases. So to say, as a careful and
clean person everyone should follow the rules of hygiene to keep him/her fit
for work all the time.
